Paired with the aromatic taste of Pantelleria oregano and fresh basil, it accentuates the gentle, sweet, and fragrant characteristics of this delicate-flavoured ham. This pizza is inspired by a classic sandwich of Ischia in Italy, symbolizing the free-spirited nature of the gipsy community.

The chef based on this iconic street food and incorporated the ingredients into the pizza, making a perfect harmony of flavours and a good pairing with booze. Parma ham are delicately selected from Italy and cured with sea salt for at least 12 months. It has a tender and succulent texture with a fresh and sweet taste. Combined with cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and various ingredients, achieves a well-balanced taste.
