Combined with pork sausage, Agerola smoked mozzarella, pecorino Romano, and chilli flakes, it results in an exceptionally delightful flavour with a spicy and aromatic sensation. Yellow tomatoes, known for their lower acidity compared to red tomatoes, possess a delicate fruity taste with higher sweetness and are rich in vitamins A and C, potassium, and dietary fibre.
